About this event

5 practical insights to strengthen competition during process change.

Whether you are looking to update a process next month or next year to improve internal challenges, transparency, compliance, or efficiency, this session is for you! Learn how every change also affects how suppliers discover opportunities, decide to participate, and ultimately submit proposals.

This lunch & learn explores procurement process changes from the supplier perspective, drawing on real-world experiences across many public sector solicitations and e-sourcing environments. Participants will learn five practical considerations to keep in mind when introducing new requirements, technologies, or workflows. The goal is simple: design processes that maintain fairness, reduce unnecessary barriers, and strengthen supplier participation and competition.

Participants will take away some practical considerations they can apply when updating solicitation processes, introducing new tools, or improving vendor engagement.
